You bring up a good point, it is always good to conserve resources whenever
possible! I will be using the regular number leaving the toll free for
those who do not have long distance plans!

Hope they don't go broke with the 800 service for technical
support.
With many US blind people having unlimited long distance, I hope
people with unlimited LD will use the local Concord number for
tech support as even if Humanware uses a VOIP 800 number
provider, the per minute rate adds up especially if you have say
four calls in progress and five in the queue.
