I am not sure why this is happening, maybe it is like someone
else said, that you have a gghost e-mail.
I don't know if you did this, but you might try going to the
e-mail folder and clearing out any e-mail that are there that you
don't need in your folder.
To do this, do the following:
1. from the main menu, press a for the address list.
2. press s for settings, then s again for select keylist file.
3. press backspace until it says folder name.
4. space down until you hear keymail folder
5. Space down until you hear keymail folders.
6. now you will want to look up an address.
7. press enter on the last name, and you should now be able to
see all of the e-mails you have received or sent lately. Clear
that out and see what happens.

Greetings,
When I close out my email it says "there is 1 email ready to be
sent, send now?" It sends 0 mail because there's nothing in the
out box to send. Can anyone tell me why braillenote insists that
there something to send when there isn't. I clear the database,
did a reboot, and it insists on sending something.
