Hello all, Companies will not always give you all of the pros and cons of a product. In fact, I've seen some companies list features in such a way as to make the consumer think they are in the current product only to find out these features are several months if not years away. The best way for users of adaptive technology to find out about a product is by talking to other users hopefully not working for the manufactuer of the product. We don't have a consumer reports and cannot know the ins and outs of a products, its strengths and weaknesses. Most dealers are not users. Most are not visually impaired or blind and don't use the equipment they sell. They know jus enough to sell it to blind users. Jonathan had great credibility on this list because he was a user. He also was an excellent communicator. This is the reason people are viewing his departure with skepticism. Now add to that hw did not post anything for approximately 24 hours and when the c.e.o did post, the message seemed defensive.
