I just received my BrailleNote mPower QT32 about a week ago and am in total heaven with it. Except for one tiny frustration. I can't get my contacts and calendar to synchronize for the life of me! I'm following the directions to the letter and each time either the laptop and the BN get connected but activesync says there is no program for contacts/calendar installed on the computer or the two won't connect at all and active sync recognizes that Microsoft outlook are installed on the computer.
