Michele, I know the instruction is missed to tell you more about the filenames. There are a few different ways. I see yours and mine are same. I will tell you more below...
After you download the filenames from the HW to your PC. You need unzip the filename.zip on your PC. Turn on your BN. Wait for the ActiveSync appears on your PC. Then you need to copy 2 filenames from PC and paste on ActiveSync, CompactFlash. Check and see if you have both filenames on your CompactFlash card. Then follow the instruction. Fingercrossed!
