Hi Kathleen,
I have had this situation come up also, not just with the bn, but
with the Bookshare site and the Nls site.
It seems that, for some reason, while new stuff, especially if
it's a lot of stuff or perhaps several large files are being put
on these sites, it kind of screws up the site temporarily so that
you get something like the "Cannot find server." thing.
My advice would be to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday, by which
time they should have everything set up.
Then, the site should run smooth as silk again! (grin)

Okay. HOwever, I could ot access the SDW website at all.
If I understood, Joseph Lee could't either. Robert and Paul
seem to think it is because the Upgrade is due to be released.
Myk problem is understanding WHY I havae to wait for the SW
release to getmy SMA Status.
