I thought so. I've been doing that as well. But as I understand it
from Scott White at NFB, the e-mailed Newspapers will be Daisy only.
I plan to sign up myself for the E-mail option once 7.2 is up and
running and I've gotten used to the commands.

Are you getting the Daisy files e-mailed to you?
Or, are you down loading the .brf files?
I think that may be the difference. I was told that the e-mail
files
are Daisy. Perhaps I'm miss-informed?

You have to wait for 7.2.
Since those get mailed as Daisy files, they won't read on the
braillenote.
