Hi Robert and all: As Karyn said, I did try. The simple fact is, in that hotel in Jacksonville, noone with a Windows CE device was able to get onto the e-mail service, either in the room or through Wi-Fi. There was an "I agree" button you had to use alt-I to activate and since neither the BN or PacMate have alt keys, we couldn't access it.
