IMPORTANT As we get ready to enable the KeySoft 7.2 product key please remember that if you experience any issues with not being able to access the 7.2 key, and you consider that you are eligible to do so, then please email [EMAIL PROTECTED] and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.
There will inevitably be some users whose 7.2 keys aren't available and it is important that you email [EMAIL PROTECTED] to get the issue resolved. It is a waste of the other list members time to email the list saying that you can't access your key, as the list members do not have the tools to fix your problem. Because we have had issues with our SDW server in the past few days there will be keys that are not in place at this time. This applies particularly to Users that have received their new machine since 1 July 2006 and who are thus eligible to receive the KeySoft 7.2 release at no-charge. These keys will be placed over the next couple of days.
