Is your card formatted as FAT (Fat 16)? What size is it?

Hi,
I downloaded the keybin, and the upgrader for the PK.
The upgrader downloaded as a zip file. I unzipped it, and have all 3 files
in the root of a 128 meg flash card formatted as fat.
I put the card into the PK, and ran the key with no problem.
The PK doesn't see the upgrade file under application program or through the
file manager directory, even using "all files." I see it on the pc just
fine.
Anyone know what is going on?
