Mary Ellen,
Use My Computer, go to the drive for your Flash card, now press the in
context key or Shft+F10, choose format. Check the settings.

Hi,
You need to format it as FAT, not FAT32.
You will need a computer with a flash card reader or drive to do this.
There is no way to do it on the PK itself.
