Carol and John are talking about NLB, a British library. The people who haven't given HW the code or permission to run their books are RFB&D, based in New Jersey. BTW, if you want to know where someone is sending their Email from, look at the address. Many British addresses end with ".UK". No one I know keeps a list of where people are from, but there are clues, like someone's Email address. Just an F Y I.
