Well, if one is unable to dial a phone, I see no need for a note taking device, it would in all probability be far beyond such an individual.

This saves having to remember the crazy number, maybe mixing it up and things like that. Some elderly blind people especially find a feature like this handy. Also, if you are using a Calling Card, the Mpower could generate the tones to input the card number and all you would have to do manually is punch in the PIN unless it is part of the string input with the card number.
