I agree that the phone number is on the Braillenote and then all I have to do is dial that number. Sometimes the number on the Braillenote is not always the one I dial due to memory lapses. By having the unit dial there will be fewer mistakes and hitting the proper numbers is not the problem just what numbers to hit is.
