Bookshare book with the .bks extension would launch the book reader, and run
the unpack tool.
This would make it very convenient for those of us who use Bookshare a lot.
Frankly, I'm surprised that you can't just press enter on a .bks file and
automatically open the unpack utility. I noticed that today and thought my
BN was acting up. Don't know if this omission was by design or another bug.
