Leslie, I just thought I'd mention the missing t in case it was
the problem for your product key installation.
Good luck! I have not tried the download yet, still waiting and

Perhaps you did not notice, but in her message about renaming the
product key, she typed the rename: produc dot exe, without the t
at the end of product. That could have been her problem, unless
the renamed file was typed correctly.
