The upgrade process was much easierr than I thought. I had no
problem installing the product key and the only problem I had
with installing 7.2 was that I thought the reset with j and k had
to be held down until two beeps were heard. It didn't dawn on me
to release the reset like you do with a normal reset which I know
how to do and once the reset is released wait a sec for the
second beep and release j and k. I was all set to go after that
it went very smoothly. I wanted to Thank Rhonda, and Ray for
calling me to see if I still needed help. The first call I got
from another member on the list was able to help me figure out
the reset thing. Thanks to all three of you I appreciate it very
much.
