Robert: I suspect the reason will never be discovered however I think it
might have to do with actually size. 512 isn't always 512 laugh.

I am glad to hear that you got your upgrade installed today.
It baffles me that some have had no problems installing the upgrade with a
512 mb card, and others have.  I have a 512 kingston sd card, and I had no
difficulties, but others have been forced to go and buy a smaller card.
Well, it doesn't make sense why some can upgrade with no problems and others
cannot.
