Hi,
If you set the braille display mode to automatic and the "show new
lines in reading mode as no indent," you won't have the paragraph signs.
Those options show up if you are in a document and go to the options
menu, then b for braille.
I don't like the extra symbols either.
I hope that helps,
Richard

Do you still have the paragraph symbols, though? This is one thing I really
hate as opposed to other products, and when I mentioned this to staff, they
seemed shocked. Well, I personally don't need these to read a book! Cathy

Subject: [Braillenote] A long overdue feature now in 7.2
Greetings,
In spite of the bugs, one feature that finally made it into Keysoft that
I've been asking for since 2004 is the "Show new lines in reading mode with
no indent."
When you have an 18 cell braille display, it has always been frustrating to
essentially lose one cell. Now, when in a document, you can set the braille
so there are no wasted cells.
Along with the File Manager and the Daisy stuff, this is a really nice
feature.
Now, if they can get a patch out so the joystick works again, I'll be a very
happy camper.
Richard
