That adapter is very expensive, almost the price of two printers or maybe
two and a half printers (grin smile)! I knew of a couple of people on this
list who purchased that adapter and were very disappointed. Perhaps it may
now work with 7.2 I really don't know. I'd check places as Enabling
Technologies for the bluetooth and infrared adapters which are used with
their braille embossers. I think you'll get by much cheaper and have a
wireless interface with your printer.

Hi,
It states in the manual it is an "Inside Out Networks - Edgeport /421
multi-interface converter". I'm not sure where you can get one from, but
I'm looking into it in the UK and if I find somewhere I'll pass on
purchasing details.

Dear BrailleNote Users,
To my understanding there has been a fix with the ability to now use the
USB to parallel adapters with the BrailleNotes running KeySoft Version
7.2. I believe that this adapter is the edge port. If anyone knows the
name of the product and the model number, that will be very nice, and
well appreciated.
