Hello Joseph,
Will this anticipated upgrade be a hardware upgrade like the MPower
costing about $2000.00 or more, or will it be a software upgrade for a
price
somewhere between $200.00 and perhaps $500.00? Also, when do you
anticipate
this new feature will be released? Many of us are still staggering from
the
dent the MPower put in our bank accounts and would really appreciate a
little time to save up for a new hardware platform. I'd appreciate any
information you may have concerning any of these new features. Also, I'd
like to know when the bugs in 7.2 will be fixed, or will we have to wait
until we buy 8.0.
Thank you,
Sammie Clay

Dear list members,
Here is the new features in Windows CE 5.0, also known as Windows
Mobile
2005:
1. It now supports PowerPoint presentation: if they ever
implement it in
KeySoft, probably they'll implement it with KeyWeb.
2. Error Reporting facility: if this is implemented, it might
appear in the
Utilities menu as something like, "error reporting."
3. IEEE 802.11G support: the feature that we've been suggesting
- 802.11G
WiFi standard support - is built in.
4. Windows Media Player 10: it'll allow you to play more files
than the
current Windows Media Player 9 *I'm sure HumanWare will make some
changes to
it).
There are the new features that I've heard of.
