Hi Richard and Joseph, I tried to unprotect the file, but it says it can't find the file spessified. It also says the same thing when I go to copy the file into the windows directory. Tom.

Hi,
From the file manager menu, hit p for protection.
Go to the file you want to delete and first hit p, you will be
told it is protected, hit u to unprotect it. Then, you can
rename it to something else or delete it and or copy your new
file over it.
I've not found changing wave files all that helpful because after
certain re-sets, you get the old ones back.

Have fun,
Richard

Hi, I'm trying to replace the keysoft delete.wav with another
file, but it won't let me over right it. It says that its
protected. How can I make it over right it? Thanks, Tom K.

You need to replace \Windows\startup.wav with your new sound. If
you want
it to stay after hard resets, put a copy in \Flash Disk\Windows
(call it
startup.wav). You'll need to make sure this has a more recent
datestamp
than the startup.wav we provide, or it won't get copied over
it...
