I need to re-ask the question. We don't have a computer, but
have a chance to learn the PacMate and BrailleSense, along with
the BN. Keeping this in mind, is there a way to transport our
Receipt Book database so it can read on any of the three? Please
get back to us.

You can export the databases you create on the braillenote to a
computer if you like.
They will be exported as a csv file, which then can be read on
your pc.
