If you press read with x, when a Keyword document is open, review is turned on. This puts a temporary protection on the Keyword document so you can't accidentally delete anything. Reading documents with the bookreader does the same thing--a temporary protection is put on the document. If you want to take away that protection and you are in the bookreader, pressing read with x will remove it. So, the only difference between Bookreader and Keyword is the bookreader turns on review for you automatically and Keyword doesn't.
