All I know is that when my pk froze in 2005 and it was only 2 months old, I
told them that repair was not an option. I said if you won't replace it give
me my 5 grand back. Well, don't you know, there was a new pk at my door next
morning and the other went back and that was that.

I would insist if I were you, that you get a new one before sending yours
back.
I had a problem with my unit before, and they sent a new unit, and then I
when I got the new unit, the driver picked up the old one.
