I didn't know that. But place markers in .brf files using the bookreader
isn't supported, is it?

: Daisy books are supposed to support the creation of place markers.
: Place markers can be defined using the book reader, there are 26
: possible markers using the letters a through z.

: You can only make place markers using KeyWord. You can't do it with the
:
: bookreader.

:: Hi Tom,
:: When you've loaded your daisy book, and gotten to the place you want
:: to mark, hit read+d on a QT and Space bar+d on a BT, the braillenote
:: will ask, something like place mark letter? type a letter, but don't
:: hit enter. Depending on the size of the book it seems, it may take a
:: while before it says "place mark a" or whatever letter you
:: used. Don't touch anything yet though. Wait until the braille
:: display is showing the book text, or the voice says the text you are
: on.
:: To jump back to the place marker when you go back to the book, on the
:: QT hit read+p and on the BT hit space bar+j.
::
:: Have fun,
