Hi all,
As a matter of interest, does anyone know whether Humanware directly
appointed anyone to perform Dean's duties? It would seem to me that they
must have restructured (rather than added another blind expert to their
company) since we haven't seen anyone come on stream with the kind of
expertise to help customers to resolve problems that we had with Dean. Did
anyone ever see adverts to fill any post in HW after his death?
As a group of users, if this position wasn't filled by HW with a suitable
blind individual, I personally would be interested to know what steps they
took to specifically address that gap. Of course, there's now Jonathan's
position to be filled and, again, I can only hope that they are doing
something positive here.
