Yes, the instructions that I believe come in braille will tell you to
charge it for four hours before you turn it on.
Be sure and read the getting started or quick reference or whatever
they call it before doing anything with it. As I recall, the first
time you turn it on you use the c1c4 combination, but I'm not
positive, which is why I say to read everything while it is charging.
It is always hard to not turn it on. It is like getting up Christmas
morning and part way opening a gift and being told you have to wait
four hours before you can finish opening it.
