That's strange - I just checked and they are definitely there.

1.  Go to the SDW and log in.

2.  Select the appropriate radio button and press "Download".

3. On the page that appears, just above the "Click here to download package" link, you should see "Product key: " and a series of characters. this is, obviously, the product key. Note that when entering this string into the BrailleNote, you do not need to worry about case.

I hope that helps.  If anyone wants more detailed instructions, let me know.

I've never been able to read the letters that go with the product key. I know that they are not all the same.
