Hello Terry:
To back up your files on a particular drive, you would do the
following:
1. From the Main Menu, press U for utilities.
2. Press B for backup.
3. You will be prompted whether you want to backup or restore
files.
4. At this point, if you want to backup your folders press B.
If you want to do an incremental backup, press I.
5. You will then be prompted for the drive, and then the
folder.
6. At this point, if you choose a drive to backup to, you will
then be asked if you want to back them up on a folder called the
date of the day you are backing up. You can press Enter, or you
can type a name of a particular folder. If it doesn't exist you
will be asked if you want to create a new folder. just Press Y
and you are on your way.

Hello all,
Today I got my rma number to send my bn classic in for a
transplant. So, I have backed up the flash drive but, I need to
make
sure I back up my address book. Is that on the keysoft drive?
If
not then, where is it and do I need to know the name of the file
to
be sure I got it? If there's anything else I need to do before
sending in the unit please let me know. Thank you very much.
