Hi Candi,
I bought two cards that gave me this problem. On further investigation I
found that they weren't formatted correctly for the BN, IE, FAT. One just
would not format and had to be ditched, but I managed to use the other.
If you have a PC it's easy to reformat. Go to the drive in question using
My Computer, use Shft+F10 or the "In Context" key and cursor to format and
follow the prompts.
There are just some cards that won't work and none of us understand why!

The switch is on writable, but it still won't let me put anything else on
