I think we all may need to take a break. There do seem to be problems
with this particular upgrade of the Keysoft software. It is
frustrating when one has a piece of equipment and it doesn't work
properly. Perhaps one might complain about a poster's language, but
one might also consider the source.
It may be that issues with individual BrailleNotes should be handled
by the repair people, but it is true that battery issues come up often
on this list. If that is the case, then a persistent problem is
manifested here. Might one humbly ask, if Del and now HP have
recalled thousands and thousands of batteries for their laptops, who
made the batteries for the BN? It's just a thought. I have no idea
if the same company is involved, but perhaps the same technology might
be?
Honest frustration and anger is a reasonable attitude to have, given
the situation. As I say, one might complain about the language used,
but the issue may be worth a look-see.
We've already got one lady who unsubbed because of all the clamor over
7.2. I've been using my delete key a good bit in the last few days.
Maybe we all need to take a break this weekend.
