Dear list members, I'm concerned about this issue of off topic messages that are frequently sighted on this list. 1. As many of us has reminded u over the past week, still, there are a numerous off topic messages every day, ranging from attacks on another list member (I won't say names, though in order to not offend anyone) to advertizements on a product from a competitive company. This list is ALL about BrailleNote family of products, including BrailleNOte Classic and mPower, BrailleNote PK, and VoiceNote. 2. There is a way to upgrade your VoiceNote to BrailleNote, and you can also upgrade form an 18 cell to 32 cell. 3. I believe that we deserve rights to discuss bugs in the software. There are numerous list members who are veterans on this field, we have list members who are experts on BrailleNote family of products, and we even have a bunch of software developers and related people from HumanWare who frequently monitor this list. And, please, have respect for other folks! (there were numerous occasions in the past that one or more people had been moderated due to this reason). So folks, let us have order and let us go back to normal!
