Ok, I had this same problem, and you have to go to your sd card
where your
product key file is, and rename it to pdiboot.exe and then do a
reset. I
was so scared when this happened to me, but apparently, it is a
common
issue, and they had documentation for it in the troubleshooting
section of
the directions.

Today I downloaded the product key and software for 7.2 and
installed the product key for 7.2. When I tried to upgrade using
the directions I got from the Internet, the BrailleNote bt said
"cannot run this version of Keysoft." It wouldn't start no matter
what I did, so I finally managed to un-upgrade it back to 7.01.
Does anyone have any suggestions about how to upgrade my
Braillenote mpower BT?
