Is it running better now? I had shipped my unit in for service (2 times) and when it came back the second time it worked a lot better.

I shipped the unit priority and they received it on Monday, as I observed from the label number or whatever I was given when I purchased the signature confirmation. Then, according to the info when I scanned the UPS slip under my door, looks as if they shipped it back to me yesterday via overnight service.
