My name is Walter Gramza.
Mickey Quenzer used to work for Arkenstone years ago.
I have a Braillenote mpower 18 cell bt braille style keyboard.
I got my unit in February and like it for the most part. I had
the rear card slot go bad that is I couldn't put the wifi card in
one day I purchased the card from Humanware. When I sent the
unit back I was acused of damaging the card slot by Humanware
Techs. They slapped a $926.00 charge on the repair and wouldn't
honor the repair as a warranty repair. I have had computer
eguipment for years and know about the delicut inter workings of
these units to say the least I wasn't very happy about the
acusation by Humanware.
