Cindy, what you need to know before upgrading is to try to have
less than a 512 Sd card. It seems as those aren't working well.
Make sure you install the product key before downloading. If you
go to the internet, if that's how you're doing it, go past the
7.2 mPower instructions. The next one that says download is
where you would press Enter. Some people like to use the zipped
version, and unzip it on the PC, but this way works well.
