Hi KC,

It's all about dominating the  market.  FS has a chance to gain market
share, and they have the resources to be aggressive about it.  Actually, I
think we have an opportunity to assist Humanware and BN users here.  After
all, if people are going to make hasty decisions based on money alone, we
have the opportunity to help them clarify their decision before they take
the jump.  It's all about informed choice, and in the end, it's all of our
responsibility to make informed choices.  That means knowing the pros and
cons of a product, as well as the methods used by companies to promote their
product.

I have similar thoughts.  However,  one questin  keep  recurring in mly
mind:  "WHY?  COuld it be that  the  FS product isn't selling well?  Why
does one company attemtp to woo existing customers away from another
company?
