Hey, speaking of the Bible from Bookshare, I downloaded the Daisy version
just for kicks and grins, knowing that it would be fairly large. It
unpacked fine, but when I try to open it using the Book Reader, it gets
about 7 or 8 beeps into the process then locks up tighter than Fort Knox.
This raises a question that I've seen here once before but which was never
answered. Is there a size limit on Daisy books that will work in the Book
Reader?

You could get the bible from bookshare.org It's in the public domain and
it's free. It's really big though, so after you get it you need to
separate it into books like Genesis and Exodus using block commands--it's
a lot easier than it sounds.

If the files you refer to are exe files, you would then need to
execute them on your PC. Hopefully, they'd unzip to a particular
book of the Bible. You then would transfer these files onto your
BN and act on them as I described earlier.

wanted and put it into braille. However, when I download from
the Online Bible site, it gives me a .exe file. How can I get in
there and change the files to braille files?
