[Braillenote] Sentence and paragraph reading mode

Does anyone know if there is a way to get the braillenote to read 
an entire sentence and not just up to the next hard return?
When I am in "sentence and paragraph reading mode," and hit 
chord-c or chord-dot 1 or 4, it reads up to the next hard return.  
To me that is the same as being in line reading mode.  Is there a 
setting somewhere that I am missing?
This happens in Keywork, the book reader and anywhere else as far 
as I can tell.
