This is Mickey Quenzer.
I know that people are having problems with KeySoft 7.2.
What I would appreciate from everyone is to PLEASE document the problems
that you are having.
Here are some of my suggestions!
When you post a problem you are having, put the word PROBLEM: and then a
quick description label in the subject.
This will allow us to create filters which can catch the messages you write.
Unfortunately, because of the high traffic lately on this list, we are
probably going to miss important messages.
Describe the problem you are having in as many steps as it takes to
reproduce it. One thing that I can tell you is this! If I can't reproduce
the problem, I have less of a chance of explaining it to the people who
would be able to start the ball on fixing the problem.
If you find a solution to this or any problem, put the word SOLUTION as the
first word of the subject. This is probibly most important. This list is
for helping each other out and finding solutions to the problems that we
have as BN users.
Please consider these ideas when creating your subject lines.
