Have you been freing database space after deleting email?
I am discovering that this needs to be done after every email
session where email has been deleted.
For example, this morning I had 32 emails. After reading them
and deleting them and emptying the trash folder; I went back to
the email settings and hit f to free database space and over
200,000 bytes were freed.

Hello,
I have an Mpower QT 18 cell unit. I am having problmes with my
email. I can download emails just fine where I am having
problems or I should say getting frustrated with is when using
the right or left arrow key to go from message to message my unit
hangs as if it has locked for about 15 to 20 seconds and then it
will say the next message. This also happens when I have deleted
a message or marked messages for deletion. I had this happen
with 7.0, but it is doing it more and more with 7.2. Any
thoughts or suggestions.
