Excuse me, but did anyone notice the below message that I sent two days
ago? Please help! I can't print anything.

I am having two problems. First, I can not find the technical support
email on the hw website. My second problem is that I can not get my BN
classic, running 6.11, to print correctly. Will someone please tell me
***ALL*** of the correct settings for the page settings, layout, and printer
set up?
