You will likely get very different
answers. First, you need to know that if you are
running KeySoft 7, they will have to buy the
upgrade by itself, since 7.2 is already
released. Then, they can buy an SMA for the next two releases.
I think the improvements to the file manager and
the Daisy reading in the Book Reader is worth it
in spite of some of the buggy behavior.
