Hi:

First I want to say that like kathleen, I appreciate everyone's using my idea of putting the word Problem in the subject line of the messages.

Next I wanted to let everyone know that during the week, I might not be as responsive on this list as you would like.
This is because I'm still getting into the swing of things.
Please be patient, and don't hesitate to email me directly if your problem hasn't been addressed on the list. I'd suggest giving your message a day to be on the list before you get concerned about a lack of response before you take the next steps. Because we have dedicated members on the list (I won't mention names right now), you will probably get a good answer from your friends on this list. However, if your problem is critical to you, please contact technical support.

Keep up the good work on this list, and it will return to it's regularly scheduled programming. As far as my involvement on the list, I'll be here, but it is up to Humanware's management how this list get's run.

Thanks for being patient with me as I get used to this technical support position.

Dear Mickey and List,

First I want to thank you Mickey, for providing a constructive
method for List members to call to Humanware's attention
specific "Bugs" in KS7.2.

Next, I want to exrpess my appreciation and thanks to those who
are taking your suggestion to heart.

(This is the kind of exchange that makes the Braillenote List so
secial!)
KC
