Yes, in two ways.
1. Save the page as a favorite like normal, then attach that file (FavoriteName.url) to the email. Internet Explorer will open it, but that is the only web browser that will, in my experience. 2. When you are on the page, press SPACE+E (ESCAPE) to look at the address, then press BACKSPACE+K (CTRL+c) to copy that url to the clipboard. Then, in the email, use the Block Commands Menu to paste the url where you want it, just like any other clipboard pasting.
