Cheryl, Some technical explanations apply here: 1. Yes, the instant messaging software, codenamed KeyChat, is on its way. 2. You CANNOT have detachable braille displays on the VoiceNote because it does not have the latch, and it is speech-only unit. 3. The Windows API (Application Programing Interface) that is included with Windows CE is a completely different programming enviornment to Windowws xP. Furthermore, since KeySoft uses text based system on top of Windows CE, there is no way that you can have JAWS for Pocket PC run on the BN, or KeySoft on your computer.
