Ron, Go to Start menu and press enter on Run. At the Run dialog, type cmd. Once the command line appears, type the following exactly as shown (you'll need to substitute your drive letter witht eh one shown below): Format E: /fs:fat32 Where E: is the actual drive letter e.g. F:. FAT32 should work with BN because Windows CE does not recognize NTFS.
