Hello Keao:
When you are at the Main Menu, you would go in to "create a
document". You want to make sure you are in the KeyMail folder
of the Flash Drive. Your file name would be called signature.
Press Enter. You will be placed in a blank document. I give
myself an Enter at the beginning of the line, then write my
signature in. It will show up in the email you create.
If you want a reply signature, you would go back to Main Menu,
and "create a document. Go back to the Flash Drive, and the
keymail folder. At the "document to create" prompt, write in the
words reply signature, and press Enter. Again, I give me an
Enter, and write in my signature.
