Good Morning Malaina,
When you created your signature did you do the following:
1. Go to Keyword
2. Create Keyword
3. Select Keymail folder
4. Name to create then type signature
5. If you want the reply signatures then when it asks for a
name type reply signature
If this does not make sense you can let me know and I will try
to clarify it better for you. I do not know if you have a BT or
QT. I have a QT and it worked just fime.
